If you are looking at homes to buy, it is likely that at least some of the homes you view will be staged.
That means someone has gone into that home and decorated it specifically to get it sold as fast as possible for the most money possible.
Now, there is nothing wrong with a seller trying to get the most money for their home when they sell unless, they are intentionally hiding things.
But we kind of get into a gray area with staging because it specifically works to direct you away from the negative aspects of a home. This can be a problem.
